Behold the cloudy orb like artifact
the crystal globe of Zon-Mezzamalech
once lost in half-fabled Mhu-Thulan
long before the advent of modern man
briefly mentioned in the Book of Eibon
either unknown to, or omitted by Alhazred
obscure, ominous, ante-human lore
predating the practice of spoken word
Behold the intermittent glowing in its heart
alternately illumed and darkened from inside
slightly flattened at both of it´s poles
mirroring all the things that ever were
For Ubbo-Sathla
is the source
and the end.
Before the coming of
Zhothaqquah, Yok-Zothoth
or Kthulhut from the stars,
Ubbo-Sathla dwelt in the
steaming fens of the newmade Earth.
And all earthly life, it is told
shall go back at last
through the great circle of time
to Ubbo-Sathla, Magna Mater
